Using the specified model in the practice of LTD "Ivano-Frankivsk Locomotive Repair Plant" activity proved the existence of a threat of crisis and loosing of its solvency in the near future. It includes an assessment of relations with other enterprises too. It contains also the suggestions on improving state regulatbon of production, indentifies problems of the processing anterprises financial system and explores the feasibility of system support during the period of construction of the new socio-economic relations in the country. The essence and meaning of the innovation process were improved.
