The relevance of the chosen topic is primarily due to the need of transformation in higher education in accordance with the new conditions of social development, which is characterized by high rates of technological change, the predominant role of intellectual capital, availability of productive resources in the form of human knowledge and skills. The main task of higher education institutions should be to train professionals who are able to create and use technologies in various fields, think critically, flexibly adapt to change, generate new ideas and create the conditions for personal and social well-being.
