Розробка малогабаритної системи механічної обробки для навчального процесу

Abstract

Розглянуто роль і тенденції розвитку малогабаритних систем механічної обробки в машинобудуванні та в навчальному процесі технічних вузів. Обгрунтовано параметри конструкцій малогабаритних систем механічної обробки у відповідності до вимог високошвидкісної обробки і CNC технологій. Запропоновано варіанти конструктивного виконання несучих конструкцій, інструментального забезпечення і стійки ЧПК верстату, адаптованого до потреб навчальних закладів.

The article considers the role and tendencies of the development of small scale mechanical treatment systems in machine building industry and in educational process of technical educational establishments. Parameters for the constructions of small scale mechanical treatment systems have been substantiated from the viewpoint of meeting the demands of high-speed processing and CNC technologies. There have been offered the variants for constructive fulfillment of bearing structures, tooling backup and numerical program control machine unit adapted to the needs of educational establishments.
