Особливості задач оптимального проектування блочно-комплектного обладнання

Abstract

Розглядається комплекс основних вимог до технологічності конструкції блочно-комплектного обладнання. Подано перелік показників технологічності, а саме сумарну, структурну, питому, порівняльну, відносну. Наведено основні формули для визначення трудомісткості, матеріаломісткості і собівартості по кожному показнику технологічності. Обєктом дослідження є наземні об’єкти магістральних газопроводів у блочно-комплектному виконанні. Метою роботи є розгляд особливостей задач оптимального проектування блочно- комплектного обладнання.

This research is dedicated to the exploration of the complex basic processability requirements to construction of block-ganged equipment. Total, structural, specific, comparative, relative processability index are described in this research. In this research are explored basic formulas for definition of labor coefficient, consumption of materials, cost of price to every processability index. Major subjects of this research are surface facilities of main gaspipelines in block-ganged implementation. This research's aim is to examine peculiarities of tasks of optimal designing of block-ganged equipment.
