Іспит на виживання і деякі конкретні рішення однієї з глобальних проблем

Abstract

Присвячено стану екосфери нашої Планети та наслідкам впливу на нього техногенної діяльності людства, а саме, нафтогазової галузі. Обґрунтовано можливість зменшення згубного впливу на екологію об’єктів нафтогазової промисловості шляхом якісного цементування нафтових та газових свердловин. ТОВ «УкрСКС» – піонер у створенні і широкому застосуванні матеріалів тампонажних розширних (РТМ) та цілого ряду його модифікацій, які сприяли значному покращанню контакту цементного каменю з обмежуючими поверхнями у свердловині. Наразі пропонується постійно проводити оцінку всіх тампонажних матеріалів (ТМ) для цементування. Пропонується досліджувати ТМ за методикою, не передбаченою існуючими стандартами, а саме, створеним компанією приладом ОГК-01. Він дає змогу у дуже простий спосіб виміряти тиск прориву води або газу по контакту цементного каменю з металевою поверхнею. Останнє дає виробничникам можливість правильного вибору ТМ серед широкого розмаїття пропозицій ринку.

It is devoted to the state of ecosphere of our Planet and the pernicious influence of the mankind’s industrial activity, in particular, the oil and gas industry on it. A reduction of the pernicious influence by means of an adequate cementing of oil and gas wells is substantiated. UkrSKS LLC is a pioneer in the field of building and wide application of the expanding backfill materials (EBM) and a number of its modifications, which have contributed to a considerable improvement of the cement stone contact with the limiting surfaces in wells. Now, it is necessary to make a continuous evaluation of all the backfill materials (BM) offered for cementing. It is proposed to investigate the BM making use of the methods not stipulated by the existing standards; by means of OGK-01 (ОГК-01) instrument built by the company. That makes it possible to use a simple method of measuring the water or gas inrush pressure by the cement stone contact with the metal surface. The last gives the possibility to the industrialists of correct BM selection among a wide variety of the market supply.
