Визначення швидкості посадки клапана бурового насоса

Abstract

Исследуется скорость посадки клапана поршневого бурового насоса с учетом эффекта всасывания на участке движения, соответствующего углу запаздывания закрытия клапана. Рассчитана скорость посадки с учетом изменения давления в цилиндре насоса на данном участке, определено влияние угловой скорости кривошипа ω и коэффициента кривошипно-шатунного механизма λ на скорость посадки клапана.

It has been investigated the seating speed of the piston pump valve including absorption effect at the area of movement that coreesponds to the angle of lag of closing suction valve. There has been calculated the seating speed taking into consideration the change of pressure in the mud piston at the given area.It has been determined the influence of angular velocity of crank ω and coefficient of crank gear λ on the speed of valve seating. determined the influence of angular velocity of crank ω and coefficient of crank gear λ on the speed of valve seating.
