Abstract

В муфтовых соединениях обсадных труб с герметизирующей втулкой детали взаимодействуют участками с определенным натягом и контактным давлением. Выведены функции влияния, описывающие радиальные перемещения стенки цшиндра в зависимости от длины участка, его расположения и расстояния до свободного топи а С их помощью методом наложения определены деформации участков муфты, трубы и втулки. Для них составлены уравнения баланса натяга и деформаций в соединении под действием внутреннего давления и температуры. В них учтена особенность деформаций конических концов труб и втулки с переменной толщиной стенки, от которых зависит натяг в уплотнении. Система уравнений баланса однозначно описывает моментное упруго-деформированное состояние муфты, трубы и втулки.

The parts of coupling connections of the casing pipes with hermeticable plug are interacting by the sections with the definite strain and contacts pressure by the screw. They are concluded the influences functions, which are describing the radial displacement of the cylinders wall depending on the length of the section on its position and distance to the free edge. With help of these functions and their compositions they are defined the radial deformations of the couplings, pipes and plugs sections. For them they are compiled the balances equations for the strain and deformations under the effect of the contacts, outside or inside pressure and temperature. They take into account the deformations peculiarity of the conical pipes and plugs endings with the variable wallthickness, what on is depended the strain in their solidity. The balance equations system is synonymous described the moments elastic unformed status of the assembled coupling, pipes and plug.
