Формування стратегічних партнерських віднисин між виробничими, освітніми та науковими структурами у нафтогазовому комплексі

Abstract

Дисертація присвячена удосконаленню теоретичних та науково-методичних положень щодо формування стратегічних партнерських відносин у інтегрованій системі «виробництво – освіта – наука». У першому розділі «Теоретичні основи формування стратегічних партнерських відносин між суб’єктами господарювання» детерміновано сутність стратегічнихпартнерських відносин, встановлено взаємозв’язок між етапами формування стратегічних партнерських відносин, особливостями їх здійснення та типами організаційної поведінки партнерів на кожному із визначених етапів, уточнено поняття «стратегічна стійкість» та вплив стратегії партнерських відносин на її забезпечення. У другому розділі «Діагностування можливостей формування стратегічних партнерських відносин у «трикутнику знань» висвітлено особливості функціонування виробничих, освітніх та наукових структур нафтогазового комплексу як потенційних партнерів-учасників взаємодії та класифіковано освітні та наукові структури нафтогазового комплексу за ознакою їх наближення до виробничих структур; визначено послідовність формування та реалізації стратегії партнерських відносин; обґрунтовано методичний підхід оцінювання готовності виробничих структур до партнерських відносин із освітніми та науковими структурами. У третьому розділі «Обґрунтування напрямів формування та реалізації стратегії партнерських відносин між виробничими, освітніми та науковими структурами» досліджено зарубіжний досвід формування партнерських відносин між університетськими та бізнес-структурами, виокремлено характерні риси чинних форм співпраці учасників «трикутника знань» із узагальненням їх переваг та недоліків;проведено оцінювання рівня партнерського потенціалу підприємств; удосконалено механізм реалізації стратегії партнерських відносин, а також розроблено математичну модель прогнозування результатів впровадження стратегії партнерських відносин та модель процесу забезпечення стратегічної стійкості виробничих структур на засадах формування партнерських відносин у «трикутнику знань».

The thesis focuses on the study of the enhancement of theoretical, research and methodological provisions for the development of strategic partnership relations in the integrated system “production – education – science”. In Section 1 “Theoretical foundations for the development of strategic partnership relations among business entities”, the essence of strategic partnership relations is determined, the interrelation among the development stages of strategic partnership relations, the peculiarities of their implementation and the types of partners’ organizational behaviour at each of the specified stages is found, the definition of the concept “strategic stability” is clarified, and the influence of the partnership strategy on its maintenance is examined. In Section 2 “Diagnosing the possibilities for the development of strategic partnership relations in the “knowledge triangle”, the characteristic features of the existing cooperation forms among the participants of the “knowledge triangle” are singled out, their advantages and disadvantages are generalized; the performance features of production, education and research structures in the oil and gas complex as potential partners and participants of the interaction are highlighted, and the education and research structures of the oil and gas complex are classified according to their resemblance to production structures; the sequence of the development and implementation of partnership strategy is determined; the methodological approach to readiness assessment of production structures for partnership relations with education and research structures is substantiated. In Section 3 “Substantiating the directions for the development and implementation of partnership strategy among production, education and research structures”, the foreign experience of developing partnership relations between university and business structures is studied;the level of partnership potential of enterprises is evaluated; the implementation mechanism of partnership strategy is improved, the mathematical prediction model for the results of partnership strategy implementation and the process model for maintaining the strategic stability of production structures on the basis of partnership relations in the “knowledge triangle” are developed.
