Прогнозування та підвищення ресурсу редукторів верстатів-гойдалок

Abstract

Дисертація присвячена питанню підвищення ресурсу та контролю стану редукторів штангових свердловинних насосних установок (ШСНУ).

В дисертації розроблено метод прогнозування та підвищення ресурсу редукторів верстатів-гойдалок, визначено їх залишковий ресурс та отримано тренд для розрахунку залишкового ресурсу роботи редуктора і обчислено його величину. Удосконалено мастильні матеріали; розроблено критерії відбракування редукторів верстатів-гойдалок методом вібродіагностування; розроблено методику зниження^ витрат на ремонт редуктора на основі функціонально-вартісного аналізу; розроблено логічну причинно-наслідкову модель редуктора; запропоновано місце розташування давачів на редукторі з метою його вібродіагностування, розроблено стенди для випробування натурних редукторів.

Розроблений метод і технічні засоби пройшли промислову‘ апробацію в НГВУ «Бориславнафтогаз» та Борнславській ЦБВО і прийняті до впровадження.

Dissertation is devoted to the question of check of technical state of reducing gears of pumping units (PU). The method of prognostication and increasing of resource of reducing gears of PU is developed in dissertation, where their remaining resource and certainly optimum class of sentinel is delineated to trend for the calculation of remaining resource of work of reducing gear, where his dependence is calculated for a concrete case. Lubricating goods are designed with the additives of compounds and soft metals; the criteria of rejecting of reducing gears of PU are designed on the basis of vibrodiagnostics; the method of cutting of costs is designed on the repair action of reducing gear on the basis of functionally-cost evaluation; the logical design of reducing gear is designed; the method of determination of jarring actions is offered; stands are offered for examination of model reducing gears in two variants.

The method and engineerings facilities drove industrial approbation in NGVU «Borislavnaftogaz» and Borislavska CBVO and inspected to installation.
