Аналіз обслуговування технологічного обладнання магістральних газопроводів

Abstract

Розглядаються системи технічного обслуговування і планових ремонтів, а саме поточного і капітального, наводиться опис завдань та функцій ремонтного обслуговування. Наведено опис форм організації ремонтів, зокрема централізованої, децентралізованої та змішаної. Розглянуто методи організації ремонтів, а саме післяоглядового, періодичного та планово-попереджувального. Наведено способи організації ремонтів, а саме загально-знеособлений, агрегатно-знеособлений та індивідуальний. Описано регламент технічного обслуговування, проекти ремонтних робіт і технологічна документація. По кожному елементу технічного обслуговування вказуються переваги і недоліки. Досліджуються існуючі стратегії обслуговування об’єктів газотранспортної системи, зокрема методи календарного планування, обслуговування за напрацюванням, обслуговування за реальним станом, пасивного обслуговування. Оцінюється ефективність стратегій обслуговування технологічного обладнання об’єктів газотранспортної системи. Об’єктом дослідження є лінійні ділянки і компресорні станції системи газопроводів. Метою дослідження є аналіз обслуговування технологічного обладнання магістральних газопроводів, розробка стратегій раціонального планування процесу обслуговування елементів газотранспортного комплексу та дослідження переваги однієї стратегії обслуговування щодо іншої.

This research is dedicated to the technological systems exploration maintenance, namely scheduled repairs and overhauls, and provides the description of the repair service aims and functions. Centralized, decentralized and mixed forms of repair management are described in this research. Such methods of repair management as postexamination repairs, scheduled repairs, and scheduled anticipation repairs are also examined in the paper. In this research three ways of repair management are examined, namely the full-replacement, unit-replacement, and individual way of repair. This research also provides the description of the technological maintenance regulations, projects of technical operations, and other technical documentation. Pros and cons of every technological maintenance element are also described in the research. Possible strategies of maintenance of gas transport system objects, such as calendar planning strategies, maintenance due to the performance period, maintenance according to the real condition of the system and its passive maintenance, are considered in this research. The main subjects of this research are the exploration of linear sections (areas) and compressor stations of the pipeline system. This research's aim is to analyze the maintenance of manufacturing equipment of main gas pipelines, develop strategies of rational planning of maintenance of gas transport complex elements, and to define the advantages of one strategy of maintenance over the other.
