Формування економічних критеріїв оцінки сталого розвитку нафтогазових підприємств

Abstract

Розглянуті особливості системного підходу управління сталим розвитком нафтогазових підприємств. Запропоновано систему економічних критеріів оцінки сталого розвитку і окреслено їх застосування для ефективного управління нафтогазовими підприємствами

The features of the system approach of the sustainable enterprise development management are considered. The criteria system of the sustainable development evaluation of the enterprise is offered and their application for effective enterprise operation is determined. The feature of the offered indicators of sustainable enterprise development is system formation of internal (in internal enterprise environment) and external (in external enterprise environment) results and efficiency parameters in economic, social and ecological spheres. The given criteria and indicators are interconnected, there are correlation dependences between them, i.e. it is possible to generate the system of dependences, first of all of integrated indicators from social and ecological indicators. For each enterprise this system will carry individual character, so the steady development will be defined both as unique set of meanings (values) of indicators, and their interdependence. The use of these indicators creates the necessary preconditions for effective management of sustainable enterprise development, as it becomes known in what spheres most effectively to direct resources for maintenance the maximal integrated effect and sustainable enterprise development. The further researches are necessary are to direct on practical use of the offered system of indicators, definition of actual correlation dependences of indicators and formation optimum (behind the investment expenses) decisions in management of sustainable oil and gas enterprise development.
