Особливості вивчення функціонування електронної системи тендерних закупівель "PROZORRO" при підготовці бакалаврів-економістів

Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню особливостей вивчення функціонування електронної системи “ProZorro” при підготовці бакалаврів за спеціальністю 051 – Економіка. Розглянуті принципи роботи цієї електронної системи, закони, що регулюють її діяльність, зміни в термінології, комерційні онлайн-майданчики. Обгрунтована доцільність фкнкціонування великої кількості майданчиків у системі. Запропонований цикл лабораторних робіт для студентів дозволяє їм набути вміння працювати з електронною системою “ProZorro” та її майданчиками, знати можливості системи та принципи її роботи. Опанувавши основні аспекти роботи електронної системи “ProZorro”, студент-економіст зможе вийти на ринок праці обізнаним у сучасній економічній ситуації держави, що дасть значну конкурентну перевагу при подальшому працевлаштуванні.

The paper is devoted to the investigation of peculiarities of studying the functioning of the electronic system “ProZorro” during educating Bachelors with 051-Economy speciality. The principles of this electronic system operation, the laws that control its activity, changes in terminology, commercial online platforms are considered. The expediency of the large number of platforms which are functioning in the system is substantiated. The proposed course of labs for students allows them to gain skills of working with the electronic system “ProZorro”and its platforms, to know the possibilities of the system and the principles of its work. After the student-economist masters the main aspects of the electronic system “ProZorro”’s operation, they can enter the labour market with the knowledge of the modern economic situation in the country. This knowledge gives the considerable competitive advantage during the future employment.
