Автосанація підприємства: історико-філософський генезис

Abstract

У статті здійснено історико-філософський генезис автосанації підприємства, зокрема досліджено економічну сутність цього поняття та сформульовано визначення. Для комплексного з'ясування соціально-економічної природи автосанації використано діалектичний метод пізнання та два його основоположні принципи: загального розвитку, який конкретизується у ряді принципів другого порядку (коеволюції, синергетизму, суперечності, історизму) та загального зв’язку, який конкретизується у системно-структурному аналізі. Автором розроблено схему збалансування інтересів та розв’язання конфліктів між суб’єктами автосанації, які виникають на основі різниці у типах вимог до підприємства, рівні доступу до інформації про його фінансово-господарську діяльність, можливостей впливу на прийняття рішень, черговості задоволення вимог кредиторів.

In the article the historical and philosophical genesis of enterprise’ autosanation was carried out, in particular, the economic essence of this concept was investigated and a definition was formulated. In order to comprehensively clarify the social and economic nature of autosanation, the dialectical method of cognition and its two fundamental principles are used: general development, which is specified in a number of principles of the second order (coevolution, synergism, contradiction, historicism) and general connection, which is specified in system and structural analysis. The author has developed a scheme for interests balancing and conflicts resolving between the subjects of autosanation, which arise on the basis of differences in the types of requirements for the enterprise, the level of access to information about its financial and economic activities, the ability to influence decision-making, and the order of meeting the demands of creditors.
